Mix of fun and learning experience , theory and hands on practical . I also like to get every body to get involved and team working but also encourage individuality and creativity. I use power point, videos, exercises games quizzes and any relevant teaching aids. in other words I use student centred approach. I am very easy , approachable, flexible and open to criticism.
