I am a caring, inspirational and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with an excellent track-record of supporting and encouraging young people to achieve their true potential. Besides having worked with children who had a variety of learning needs, I have also been involved with numerous projects, group works and presentations from which I have gained valuable, transferable skills such as communications, time management and prioritising workload.

I am writing to express my interest in the vacancy you have for a Learning Support Assistant in your school, which I came to know about through your schools website. I am an enthusiastic learning support assistant with 2 years experience and a previous 4 years experience working with children in a nursery. I am a passionate advocate for helping disadvantaged children excel in their education with confidence, whilst also supporting the classroom teacher.

I am well qualified and have completed numerous online training, which is displayed in my CV. I believe I would be a great asset to the school due to my past experience working in schools and nurseries and with children with special educational needs. I have worked with children with all types of special needs including autism, ADHD and aspersers syndrome. I have a lot of patience and an excellent understanding in child developments and using intervention strategies to aid learning.
I enjoy assisting students in the classroom and helping them build confidence in their ability to achieve, academically and socially. I believe that my experience, alongside my reading, writing, numeracy and communication skills would be a great asset to your school.
