I am flexible and willing to adapt lessons/sessions a needed. Some of the 1-to-1 teaching styles I use include:

- Traditional teaching on an online interactive whiteboard (providing explanations using real-time illustration/diagrams).

- Use of pre-prepared powerpoint slides.

- Walk-through of past papers and exam questions (worked solutions).

I am very keen to provide tuition in a way which suits each individual's learning needs. As a firm believer in open communication and cooperation - this allows each tutor-student dynamic to be refined and perfected! This is my aim for my work with every individual to enable students to reach their maximum potential.

I am currently tutoring 2 students:
- The first student I have taught since Y12, mainly helping with A-Level Biology and their application to medical school. Following practice interviews, this student went on to receive offers to study Medicine at the University of Exeter and UCL, and their Biology predicted grade is an A*.
- Secondly, I have another student who I am assisting with preparations for the upcoming GCSE Chemistry exams in May 2024.

I am happy to take on several students for this type of tuition, for any necessary time-frame.

Additionally, I would be happy to provide those students going into an important academic year with a 'head start' to ease their transition (i.e. starting Y11 or Sixth Form/College).

I can also offer assistance with any biology/science-related or medicine applications to highly competitive UK universities, including Oxford and Cambridge (Oxbridge).

A short trial period can be negotiated on request, please message me to enquire about this.
Please contact me with any questions, queries or for further information. I will get back to you ASAP! :)

It was a great experience learning from Abbie as she had shown great enthusiasm and was very passionate about teaching. She went beyond her extent and taught me lots of new things! More than that, she is very amicable and lovable!
