I have recently finished my probation year of teaching in Glasgow, Scotland. Throughout my years of training, teaching and working within this industry, I have built up the confidence to deliver meaningful and purposely lessons to a variety of stages and subjects within the Scottish curriculum. I ensure each lesson I deliver is tailored carefully to suit the needs of each individual. I do this by learning about interests and the learning style that works best for the individual to then incorporate this to create engaging lessons to provide the best outcome.

Our first initial lesson will allow me to find out a bit about you, your interests, your strengths and areas you would like to develop. I will also aim to find out what style of learning works best for you. We will then work through a variety of activities to allow me to get a deeper understanding of your learning in order to plan the best lessons for you. Each lesson, we will begin with a short recap and starter to refresh our minds and get our brains active for the session ahead. I believe revision and practice is key within learning a new skill. I will therefore provide a variety of activities and lessons for you to take away from the session to practice in your own time if this is something you feel would benefit you. It is important for you to remember these lessons are for you. I am happy to plan each session with you to ensure we are covering aspects you feel least confident in.
