I will always start off by testing a client's general fitness so that I can best tailor their plan to suit their needs.
After discussing the client's plans and testing them, I will deliver their workout plan and any other information (be it nutrition, check in requirements etc...) to them. From then, the program has begun.

I will always start off by testing a client's general fitness so that I can best tailor their plan to suit their needs.
After discussing the client's plans and testing them, I will deliver their workout plan and any other information (be it nutrition, check in requirements etc...) to them. From then, the program has begun.
If we are conducting in-person sessions, these will take place at an agreed upon location and time and will fit into your plan.
We will check in either daily or weekly depending on the client's needs. Every week we will review your progress together and I will send any adjustments to the plan.
