My format depends on the understanding I get about the student.
I have always been flexible.
Working from the strength of the student to the weaknesses.
But the goal is always to get the students attention.
I once taught biology in tutorials back in 2005 to 2007..a time when all students hated biology but it was because of the way it was taught....the interest was not built in the students.

Working from the strength of the student to the weaknesses.
But the goal is always to get the students attention.
I once taught biology in tutorials back in 2005 to 2007..a time when all students hated biology but it was because of the way it was taught....the interest was not built in the students.
I handled it for 3yrs and my class was always full close to 750 that we had to move to a bigger hall.
