In my earlier role as research scholar at the University of Delhi (India), I demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of plant biology. A key aspect of my experience is my proficiency and passion for teaching. I have successfully coordinated and delivered undergraduate and postgraduate plant biology courses, emphasizing the integration of theoretical concepts with practical applications, for the past decade. My teaching philosophy aligns with fostering critical thinking and a passion for research among students. Moreover, I bring to the table a set of desirable qualifications, including a postgraduate qualification in teaching and learning. My experience mentoring postgraduate students and early-stage researchers reflects my commitment to the academic and professional development of emerging scholars. Additionally, I am skilled in the use of virtual and online learning environments and other educational technologies, including experience with online, blended, and problem-based learning approaches. I was very active, even in critical COVID times, and conducted several webinars to teach students through the online medium about the topics of applied plant biology.
