discrimination and social exclusion. We work alongside clients to build a care plan and progress programme that is unique to the individual, achievable and fun.
Sessions are flexible and offered both in person and online, can last from one hour to several hours per session depending on individualised treatment and improvement plans, and are tailored in a person-centred way to meet you where you are and go at your pace. Together we can nurture your inner strengths to become the person you are meant to be. Together we will learn to be well.
