Mandarin tutor for HSK 3 & 4 preparation

Hi, I'm Daniel and I'm looking for a private tutor to help me with mandarin spoken, reading, and writing skills. I need someone who can provide clear explanations and help me with grammar and sentence structures mainly. I would be interested in learning more casual and colloquial language from the Beijing area, but this is not a must.
Currently, my understanding skills are quite poor, so I would need someone who is patient with a newish learner.
