Hi Mark!
It's useful to review past tenses as you would probably be talking about your work experience, so things like...
*I have been (position) for 7 years now*
*I started back in (2015)
~~~
Inversion could come in handy to emphasise something:
*What I find particularly interesting/challenging about this job is that...*
~~~
When asked about your strengths:
*One thing I feel rather confident with is...*
*I have been praised on my ability to...*
~~~
When asked about your weaknesses:
*I sometimes struggle with... . Having said that, I (do something) in order to improve*
~~~
You can also check out Youtube videos with interview qurstions and answers, you might pick up some rather useful expressions from those :)
Good luck!

Hi Mark, a great way to prepare is to familiarise yourself with typical questions asked in an interview, such as "what previous jobs have you had?", and other ways this question may be asked. This can assist with feeling more at ease in a situation. Feel free to book a session with me and we can go over some of these. As i am new to the platform I am offering my service at a low price.
