I would recommend an app called Duolingo. It tracks your development and helps you to improve your pronunciation.
A few people can find this way of learning a little childish, however, it helped me to learn a lot, especially my accent: watching cartoons will help you too.

ELSA is a great intuitive app for practising your English pronunciation, although it's geared for American English.
Investing in an English Pronunciation course with an experience accent reduction/softening coach can prove very effective and, with the right tutor, worth the investment.
Then of course if you type "[word] + meaning" in Google, you get the phonemic transcription of the word, an audio clip of how it's pronounced natively, in addition to the definition of the word. However, this is for individual words, and doesn't focus on the rhythm and intonation of whole sentences.

My favourite is pronunciation coach to reinforce your pronunciation, but watching Netflix or any movies in English with subtitles are also very helpful
