If you are looking for a yoga teacher who can offer uplifting sequences, physical fitness and spiritual direction from the yoga tradition, look no further!
Vinyasa yoga can be tailored for beginners, intermediatesand advanced students, but it IS an intense form of yoga practice, so a certain level of fitness is required. You get out what you put in.
Each lesson focusses on one chakra area, but all lessons condition the entire body. You can spend 30min to 90min per lesson, with a minimum of one weekly lesson. Homework is optional!
Spiritual focus of the lesson is inspired by the energetic body including the prana and bliss bodies, with inspiration to eat a more vegan diet to cleanse the physical body off the mat.
Meditation is central to my personal yoga practice. I have worked extensively with transcendental meditation, using mantra, and also loving kindness, metta, meditation. Please tell me if this is something that you would like to spend more time with.
I am experienced in teaching ChairYoga and chanting as well as vinyasa, or flow, yoga methods.
