I have over 15 years experience in education and I was previously head of psychology at a sixth form school. I have worked as an addiction counsellor, dyslexia support specialist and as a sport psychologist.

I have a degree in psychology, an M.Sc.. in the Psychology of addiction and I am a qualified teacher.

I have also published research in the area of psychology and behaviour change related to the addiction field.
