Highly experienced, gentle and caring teacher available for all your KS1 and KS2 needs including 11+ preparation

With 19 years of teaching experience, ranging from Early Years education to working in a French secondary school, and with four children of my own (from 7 to 15 years) there’s not a lot of curriculum content that I haven’t been exposed to or been asked to help with! As long as it’s not music or art, I can help! My degree is in French, I also have A-Levels in History and Maths, and before I gained my teaching qualification I coached for the 11+ exams in Reading and privately tutored children needing a confidence boost before KS2 SATs. I believe passionately that every child is a unique individual and that one size does not fit all, so my lessons and tutoring will reflect the interests, learning style and strengths of each child. I do, however, have high expectations for focus and participation in my sessions from all participants!
