Recording and Mix Engineering, Music Production tutor

I am a freelance sound engineer and producer with experience working for clients in London and worldwide. Upon completing my degree in Audio Production with a First Class Honours from SAE London, I worked my way through the ranks at Strongroom Studios where I am now on their engineer roster. Alongside this I have freelanced at other studios; predominantly at Red Bull, Urchin, Brxtn, Snap and Metropolis.

I’m competent using Pro Tools and Logic, and have extensive knowledge of RX, Melodyne, Native Instruments and other professional audio plug-ins. I have had experience recording and mixing a variety of instruments whilst using a wide range of analogue and digital equipment.

I have given engineering workshops to women, non binary and trans people as part of NormalNotNovelty at Red Bull Studios, and independently at Strongroom. I also worked part time at Trinity Laban Conservatoire on the new pop-music course, where I was responsible for setting up their new studios and rehearsal spaces as well as teaching students about sound engineering and production.

I compose neo-classical music and have released an EP (De Lin - Fia Yana) using extended piano techniques, which is also four different recompositions of a Debussy piano prelude ‘La Fille aux Cheveux de Lin’. I enjoy working with world, experimental, neo-soul, neo-classical, hip-hop and electronic genres.

Most of all I am friendly, caring and I really listen to students needs first and foremost.
