I have a great deal to offer as an on-line life coach, I had a very successful corporate career working with large blue-chip companies, I gained these positions managing large sales and marketing teams through hard work and commitment. During this time I underwent a great deal of training including communication skills and presentation skills, I was responsible for mentoring and training 200 heads in this field, as well as my main role. Later in life I decided to formally train as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, I run my own practice on a part-time basis. I offer life coaching to my clients with an emphasis on Solution Focused and encouraging my clients to identify their goals and steps to achieve them while gaining the confidence to overcome challenges. On a personal note, I have 3 grown-up children and 3 grown-up stepchildren all of which I have supported in achieving their personal and professional goals.
