My name is Kelvin. I hold a BSc. (Hons.) in Physics, and I have been teaching math for over 14 years now. I am also working as a Math teacher in a British International School. I offer online tuition for elementary, middle, and high school students seeking to develop their skills and improve their grades. I aim to help them reach their full academic potential and achieve the grades they deserve. I am a caring, patient, and thorough tutor.
My teaching/tutoring method is first to identify my student's weak points and then thoroughly work on them to convert them into strengths.
I highly motivate my students to develop their learning interests and critical thinking to establish a learner-centered environment in my classes. The learning process is different for each student, so I often tailor my teaching method to what best suits each of my students. My main goal is to help my students enjoy learning and understanding concepts deeply instead of memorizing them.
I eagerly help my students deeply learn, understand, and master the subject (all the concepts), so they can reason every exam question for themselves and solve them alone. I will help them UNDERSTAND the Concept, and NOT just memorize it. I want them to get the best grades now and keep getting the most excellent grades in the future too.
I can help students with Arithmetic, Calculus, Pre-Calculus, Algebra, Pre-Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Differential Equations (both Ordinary and Partial), and Test Preps for PSAT, SAT, IGCSE, and many other School Entrance Exams Preps, MIDTERM and FINAL EXAM PREPS, support with homework, coursework, projects, or any other work.
I have a proven track record of success spanning more than a decade of teaching and private tutoring Mathematics in high-achieving schools and colleges in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and many other counties.
