Degree-educated Maths and computer science tutor

Hello :)
I'm a professional Data Scientist at the Ministry of Defence, looking to tutor maths and computer science for GCSE and recreational learners.

I've tutored several of my family members who have all gone on to secure A/A* grades in their GCSEs. Outside of school, I was the President of the Bristol Data Science Society - a role that involved the online teaching of programming to 50+ graduate students. These experiences have honed my ability to take complex subjects and break them down into simple chunks, something I think is useful at all stages of learning.

Having had great (and not-so-great) teachers and tutors throughout my education, I like to think I understand what makes an effective educator. They must be able to adapt their teaching methods to fit the needs of their students, and be able to provide an encouraging learning environment where the student isn't always felt out of their depth.

I am comfortable tutoring for all exam boards in GCSE Mathematics and Computer Science. I'll also provide all the necessary learning resources like homework, worksheets, progress tests, and flexible study plans.
