I hold an upper second class BA honors degree in history, having recently graduated from the University of the West of England.
My teaching style is centered on combining an innate understanding of both the historical content and the exam requirements for the students aspired grade. I aim to do this by relating the complex and tricky concepts in a manner which is easy to follow. For example, thoroughly examining high level sample answers with students so they can recognize and take in the skills of a top level exam answer. I also aim to supplement this by utilizing a number of textbooks on the subject, so the student is provided with as much historical information on the study as possible.

Ultimately, as a tutor I emphasize making the student feel valued, by providing them with an interactive and positive learning environment whereby they feel engaged and challenged each and every session!
