The first thing we will have is a 15 minute interview together. Here you are free to discuss what you know, don’t know, strengths, weaknesses and your goals and when you hope to achieve them by. The same interview happens with the parents. You will then have a tailored assessment made for you, with several questions based upon the interview. This will all happen on the same day. The assessment will last 30 minutes. This is the first session complete. Based upon the results for the assessment, I then carefully create tailored lessons and tests which ensure you meet your given goals and beyond. These can include but are not limited to: quizzes, online tests, hard copy tests, timed assessments, practicals, flash cards, basic reading, PowerPoint lessons, video’s, homework and more!! Your goals will be checked using a milestone checker and your parents will recieve a weekly update of your progress as well as a 4-weekly emailed report stating the progress and intentions over the next 4 weeks. Upon starting lessons, you will also receive a login for the submission of quizzes and homework. A homework planner, books for writing submissions in and a stationary set to begin lessons.
