I have gained a breadth of knowledge within the fitness space through studying sports science at college and university. After receiving a 2:1 from the University of Manchester, I then acquired my level 2 and 3 personal training qualifications.
My most recent position was a personal trainer on an 86m super yacht where I was responsible for training a handful of high net worth individuals on a daily basis. This allowed me to advance my one to one teaching skills and understand the important of individuality in regards to goals, session types and programming.
If you are looking to start your fitness journey or improve your progressions then I believe I can help. What I teach is the fundamental basics which can then be built on to improve the way you feel about yourself and general movement.
Goal setting and session tracking is essential for me as I only want my clients to progress forward, if that’s slowly or quickly, in order to get the best out of the service I provide.
