ESL tutor for 4 - 12 year olds

HI ! 👋 I'm Sal 🙂 , I am a native English speaker and I live in Wales in the UK. I am a qualified primary school teacher and have taught and worked in schools for over 20 years. I have recently become TEFL qualified and passed the Advanced course for Young Learners. I am available to teach ESL lessons to young learners or for conversational practice with older students. I can also help with preparation for Pre A1 Starters , A1 Movers or A2 Flyers exams - Cambridge Assessment English.
I am a kind , patient and supportive teacher. I believe in a personalised and student centred approach , so I like to be guided by you. I am also available for conversational practice.
I am a teacher who loves teaching ! My other hobbies are swimming , playing the piano , gardening , going to the beach , going to the cinema and playing with my cat , Luma and my hamster , Tiggy. I love children and have 2 children of my own called Layla and Rio. They are at university in England. I have just started learning Spanish and Italian. I sponsor 2 children in Ethiopia who I love communicating with and hearing all about their lives. Some places I have travelled to are France , Corfu , Gozo , Majorca , Gran Canaria , Tunisia , Hungary , Czech Republic and Portugal.
