I organise my classes in small groups sp individuals could get alot of attention so they can improve quicker. By using small groups, there will be alot of interaction in which you'll have a chance to speak conversations with eachother with the things that you've learnt. This is optional and you dont have to partake in this if you dont want to. We would be translating extracts and learning the conversational level of the language to ensure you understand it contextually and also on a conversational level.
