English for speakers of other languages (ESOL), with a British tutor who has 20 years experience - all ages and levels

I have a Level 5 TESOL Certificate (for English teaching around the world), as well as a university science degree. Over the past 20 years I have been helping people from East Asia, Europe, Africa and South America - as well as British people - to improve their English speaking, listening, reading and writing.

I am 45 years old, married with two children, and I really enjoy meeting new people of all ages - especially from different cultures - and giving them help in the way they need it. I have worked for years with children, teenagers and adults. I am very patient and encouraging, and I like to make the lessons enjoyable, and move at the best speed for you.

I also love languages, and I continue to enjoy using and developing my Thai, French and Spanish, as well as learning a few other languages. So I understand what it's like learning another language!

In my lessons I can help you with whatever you need, whether it's general English lessons, conversation, IELTS or some other specific thing. I can quickly notice the strong and weak points in your English and help you understand and practice those things.
