With a diverse background in education, I have gained valuable skills through various teaching and mentoring experiences. My journey began with teaching sign language, where I developed strong communication, patience, and adaptability, essential for catering to different learning styles. As a classroom assistant, I honed my organizational and support skills, working closely with students and teachers to create a positive and productive learning environment. My passion for teaching led me to mentor English learners, where I tailored lessons to individual needs, helping students improve language proficiency. In addition, I have worked with youth in voluntary organizations, further enhancing my ability to engage, inspire, and foster growth in young people. As I embark on my PGCE, I am eager to formalize and expand my teaching knowledge, equipping myself with the tools to become an even more effective and dynamic educator.
