I always try to be a role-model for my students and provide efficient, practical and creative opportunities full of innovations for all of them. I have a range of experience in the education sector which spans over a 29-year career as an English Language Tutor, Test Developer and Online Education Consultant. Apart from General English (A1 to C2) classes, I have taught EAP, ESP, Business English, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Trinity ISE and SAT exam preparation and Aviation English. Having worked in several settings and positions and taught a variety of lessons equipped me with intense experience in developing innovative lesson plans and delivery materials, formative and summative assessment activities. I evaluate my students' work meticulously, give positive future-forward feedback and hold frequent ILP sessions with each to monitor their progress to maximise their potential. I am well aware that each of my students has a target in their life and I should make sure that they achieve it.

I always hold a need analysis of my students, have a short trial session with them and ask them do a placement test to support my analysis so that I can tailor the upcoming lessons accordingly. I firmly believe that fun is the key aspect of private tutoring to attract the attention of students of any age especially in this fast paced era, in which they can be easily distracted. Providing meticulous feedback and keeping their motivation high are my other priorities during the sessions.
