I am a warm, engaging tutor who has bags of experience delivering high-quality science and maths tuition both online and in secondary schools!

Hi! My name is Mariella but most of my pupils call me Maz.

I have a 2.1 degree in Biological Science BSc (hons) from the University of the West of England. Since graduation, I have spent the last 3 years working as a tutor and trainee triple science teacher both online and in secondary schools.

Throughout my experience, I have delivered tuition to whole classes, small groups, and individuals of all abilities and backgrounds in education. Whatever your current ability - we can work together to build strong foundations in your learning that will allow you to develop healthy habits for study.

I deliver highly personalized content that is designed to best suit your needs. In addition to improving skills in science and maths, I am dedicated to providing exam well-being tips and independent study support alongside sessions.

I also share exciting updates in the scientific community ranging from funky space photography to new discoveries - science doesn't just exist in the classroom!
