I have a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies and Literature from the University of Essex, a Master of Arts in Film, Photography, and Media from the University of Leeds, and several professional certifications in Social Media and Digital Marketing from accredited institutions. In addition to this, as part of my academic degrees I acquired interdisciplinary knowledge of philosophy, psychology, and cultural studies, whilst applying psychology & philosophical concepts to cinematic and literary works. My background encompasses creating and promoting educational and informative
digital content and managing digital projects focused on stimulating knowledge of art, psychology, and film, as well as sharing knowledge of exhibitions and events in cultural venues. I also have experience of e-mentoring, social media coaching, and creating educational content for a mental health platform, as well as for a business rooted in neuroscience and mindfulness coaching.

As a prolific content writer and educational content creator who has acquired multidisciplinary knowledge within academic and professional contexts as well as through personal research and accredited courses, I am happy to impart my knowledge and skills to all those in need of my guidance and eclectic background.
