I obtained a Master of Science degree of the prestigious Igbinedion university Okada, and i have 8 year of teaching National and Higher Nation Diploma student in business administration and management, teaching Introduction to Business, Principles of Management, Office Management, Organizational Behavior and International Business and Human Capital Development. supervising project work accessing student organizing industrial experience for students in the Department of Business Administration and Management, School of Business Studies Edo State Polytechnic, Usen. also i have attended several national and international conferences and training on the easy of teaching, Pedagogy, deploying technology into the class room etc. having a post graduate Diploma in Education from the National Open University of Nigeria in conjunction with the Nation Teachers Institute has given me the needed edge to teach students of all ages and classes. it is gratifying and motivating to have students that learnt from you becoming leaders of tomorrow, and your name will forever be written in Gold. The way and manner which the teachers use to teach the student will in turn determine their managerial style in future. Teachers should learn that education has evolved from being teachers centered to being student centered. The students have more to say and more experience to share from their relationship with people, technology, religion and society etc. I am optimistic that i have the capacity and the teaching prowess to help build the leaders and the followers of this and next generation My lessons will be student Center with emphasis on the curriculum depending on the classes, class assessments and and take home assignments will be frequent this help to make students stay with their educational task. supporting students to learn at their pace while motivating them to be more committed to their educational task according to their ability. putting in mind there are fast and slow learners, I will always spend more time with the slow learners and help them to understand like the fast learners. There are special students in our class. More attention will be given to them to learn more time will also be given to them as every child has a right to education. At the end of every class, I will ensure that the students spend a minimum of 10 minutes to evaluate my teaching and my style of teaching.
