I have worked to the management team in the school of health & social care for 5 years. I have proven experience of electronics diary management working with all version of outlook and editor diaries and specially arranging multiple meeting as necessary, confirming attendee welcoming, greetings, arrange IT, catering sending reminders, and extremely competent in Microsoft outlook, words, Excel power point.
I have a strong and written communication skills, good standards of numeracy. I am accurate and pay attention to detail, also read between the lines as necessary. I problem- solve and know where to get help if needed. I am involved in sensitive and confidential staff issues on occasion. I have a flexible attitude working with others. I was based in in administration and customer service at all levels.
I work under all variety of condition whether the day be busy or quiet. I deal with sensitive manner with confidential information at all level. I work under pressure and take initiative as necessary. I have good communication diplomacy and inter- personal skills.
My weakness should be loving too much chocolate on daily basic.
