Growth and leading a self-directed life are part of my why in life. Coaching and facilitating the growth of others through individual and group interactions, have formed part of many roles I've taken up, both in my working and personal worlds. Concepts such as mindset, beliefs and perception are always part of my approach to helping others raise their self-awareness, how they see themselves, and how they communicate with others. My approach includes getting people to ask themselves the hard questions and bring to light what remains in the unconscious awareness as part of taking responsibility. This includes any perceived or unconscious 'blocks' to learning such as lack of confidence, self-belief and lack of knowledge related to learning techniques.
