I am a male Spanish native speaker, born in Guatemala, Central America, and moved to the UK almost 3 years ago.

Although officially I don’t possess a tutor certificate, I do have the experience of tutoring young kids from my old neighbourhood in Guatemala, when they needed help with their English class homework. As someone that has worked in tech customer service, and in the health sector, I enjoy working first-hand with people, and to be able to help them or assist them with their needs. Having worked with elderly people, solving tech issues on long calls that sometimes would last over 4 hours, making sure I was correctly interpreting the information received from customers that were not computer savvy, I possess patience and good listening skills. I’m a reliable and responsible person, with good interpersonal competencies, abilities I used while working as Health Promoter and Human Rights Promoter, working with people from all ages, but mostly youth. Developing and subsequently presenting workshops on these same subjects.
