I have worked as a Spanish teacher in a wide variety of schools, both independent and maintained, and as online tutor for GCSE and A levels.
I have an excellent command of the Spanish language, and I put emphasis on good pronunciation and good manipulation of grammar and vocabulary in my lessons, as a means to successful language acquisition.
I monitor and secure student's progress. I have high expectations of effort and work.

During June 2022, I worked as a Spanish examiner for the AQA marking boards.

We use Power Points, Word documents, You Tube, textbooks and workbooks for learning and practice of skills, as well as authentic Spanish materials such as Spanish reading books, Spanish songs or articles related to what the student is learning .
