I specialise in working with adults whose spoken English is relatively good but who wish to improve it for bus./acad. purposes

* I have highly developed communications skills in writing, editing, presentational techniques, and online communications and learning;

* I have worked in Africa and Asia and therefore familiar with the cultural and linguistic backgrounds that influence developing fluency in English;

* My experience includes working in schools in India; with Nigerian post-graduates; teaching Corporate Communications in the UK university system; and freelance editing;

* I have degree and certificate qualification in publishing, tertiary-level teaching and TEFL;

* Having retired from full-time employment, I now enjoy working with individuals to help them improve the quality of their spoken and written English, enabling them to gain confidence and function more effectively in their chosen work or academic environments.
