Sophia Lieuw-Kie-Song

A keen second year university student looking to help all age groups/levels excel in English and Spanish. Having achieved the highest possible marks in the GCSE and A-Level equivalent exams in English Language, English Literature, Spanish Language, and Spanish Literature, I am experienced in honing in the necessary skills to master school coursework. Being half-Cuban has helped me dive deeper into the Spanish language which I have learned both at home from my family my entire life as well as in school, sharpening my grammar and fine-tuning my skills.

The initial lesson is a diagnostic session assessing the student's strengths and weaknesses after which I will create a lesson plan based on their end goals and our timeframe. We then start every lesson with a bit of review from the previous one, answering any lingering questions before addressing the day's lesson. Depending on how the lesson progresses I may also assign additional work to do on their own before our next meeting.
