About me

I've had private lessons myself, and to be honest, at first I hated my mother for putting me through it. But then I realised that it was for my own good, and above all I realised how much these lessons had helped me and made me progress.
That's why today, in my turn, I want to help, advise and give my help to those who want it, just as I was given it in the past.

These lessons in my presence should not be a punishment for the student, which is why I'm committed to making these moments enjoyable and fun to combine work and pleasure.

In my opinion, the main way to make progress is to use the language. I've experienced this myself: at secondary school my English was just OK, and it was only after I moved to London that I saw a real improvement. I want to show my students that practice is the key to success in learning a language. This practice will take place in my classes but also in their everyday lives, and I'll be giving them lots of advice on how to introduce French into their daily lives, which is a crucial stage in the learning process.

The first step to ensuring the student's success will be to base the first lesson on an explanation of what I'm looking for from the student, what their difficulties are and what their objectives are. This will also enable me to find out which methods and exercises really suit my student.

Once I have all the essential information, I will adapt my lessons to the student. After each lesson, I'll work on the next one so that the course matches the student's level of progress.

Different learning methods are used: reading, pronunciation exercises, conversations, role-playing, conjugation, etc.
