I started my private tutoring journey in 2017. I’ve taught students from primary school, up to high school students and even university students. My bachelors degree was general biology and by far my favorite subject in school! I love teaching and I’m planning to pursue an academic career after achieving my postgraduate degree. I taught English, maths, science, and history. However, I mainly focused on tutoring biology lessons. It was a challenge having to pursue an undergraduate degree while having a full time tutoring job. I’ve struggled with assignments and time in order to do my job perfectly and achieve really good grades. Nonetheless I managed to obtain excellent grades and successfully managed to complete all the academic curriculum for my students. This experience taught me time management and discipline. I’d love to continue my private tutoring career now, as this will add to my teaching experience and allow me to further expand my knowledge and help as many students as I can. Biology is a very interesting subject, that not many people know how to teach. This gives me the opportunity to turn all the obstacles any student faces with understanding biology. As I have managed to succeed in my undergraduate with managing my students, I can happily manage to teach this time as well.
