I've been a tutor for over two years teaching secondary school and college level science subjects, I like to provide revision materials my students are free to take with them and use during their personal revision. My lessons are always interactive focusing on the student's understanding and developing their problem solving skills which are transferable to other subjects and exams. I start the lesson explaining the lesson objectives and gauging how much the student knows of the topic, then I'll give the student an explanation based on their learning style and allow them to attempt straight forward questions which will become more complex. The student will be able to take back a list of questions to try so they can keep practicing. I also test the students knowledge regularly to keep track of their progress.
