I have 31 years of experience in the building and maintenance sector in the UK and Europe, I work in both the UK and Portugal where I run a campsite and water activities company. I have my own digital training platform which incorporates family/group team-building holidays in Portugal.

I have a BSc (Hons) in building surveying, I have been a finalist in the Lloyds Banking British business excellence awards and the energy awards 2021 for environmental investment products and created the $200 trillion in private equity finance for COP26 in Glasgow.

I have also been acknowledged on the Climate change champions list 2020. I have created a way via global pension funds to pay for climate mitigation whilst delivering green housing for every nation in the world, reducing manufacturing costs and global greenhouse emissions via ESG investing.

The lessons will be tailored to the student and the parents. I have recently been working on a delivery method including video clips from films and documentaries incorporating life and educational lessons including training for the NHS and armed services in the UK.

Some of these proposals have been shared with the Uk government and other agencies for public information and training and development of staff. I have tailored them, especially for young people and those currently detained in prisons of all ages, sexes, and religions.

I have also put together new training for the MOD which includes better working with the CIOB as recently announced in national press releases, and also arranged for MMC housing training for prisoners in the UK and hope to roll this out in other nations such as the USA, Canada, Australia.
