I am teaching from last 3 years. I am working on students base as the basics should be clear. Firstly I will teach students and make them understood the topic after that I will help them in the revision and then the test. I will give extra time also to my students whenever it requires. I help my students to make notes by which they can read those tests after the class also. It helps them to revise properly. I will also help them with the tricks to learn a subject and motivate them to practice it as hard as possible. I used to teach my students with the help of different activities and by doing fun by which they won’t feel boring in my class room. It helps them to engage their time in that particular subject and will do more practice. I will conduct oral tests also so it helps their speaking and listening skills also which helps them to improve their self. I help my students by motivating them and help them to compete with the world. I will check on my students where they are actually lacking in a subject and will work more on their weak parts so that they won’t get demotivate and find a different type of confidence in their self. It helps them to study more in that particular subject and able grasp more knowledge regarding it. These are the areas on which I used to work with my students and get them learn properly
