I believe in John Dewey's Philosophy of progressivism. He advocated for students to be hands on. He advocated for students to air their views in a respectful manner. Essentially in my classroom I teach, give students work, mark it, revise the work. I also give students to plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I am also a big fan of presentations because they improve communication skills. I ready to meet students from diverse backgrounds.
