I tutor students who are currently studying their GCSES and below (KS3, KS2, KS1) to boost their confidence in maths and help them get the best possible grade they can achieve.
Prior to the first lesson, I will need information about what year the student is in and what exam board. I also need to know what particular topics they struggle on or if it is the full course.
All lessons will be online from the comfort of their own home but I would hope they would have a quiet place to learn/study.
They will only need a pen and paper so they can make notes and we can practise exam questions.
If they wish I can set them homework which I will mark and give feedback on (if need be I will give follow-up questions). This will allow me to know if they need further support in that area.
Post-lesson I am more than happy for students to email me about any enquiries they may have about that lesson or any other topics they would like to go through next lesson.
I expect students to give equal amount of effort that I will be giving to them to show their commitment to learning.
