I conduct live sessions with customised lesson plans for every student. Once in a while, I pre-record lecturers to give my student opportunity to study at their own pace.I set clear guidelines for online classroom etiqutte and my online sessions are very interactive. I develop lessons plan to match student course loads and individul needs.I make use of interactive teaching tools to ensure students fully grasp the content been taught. My sessions are usually conducted on microsoft teams which ensures good engagement and ensure comprehension of lessons. I design learning strategies for students to suit their individual learning styles. I reguarly use pictorial and diaphragmatic illustrations during teaching sessions to drive home my points. I carry out disscusion around topics so that students are motivated to participate. I monitor student learning goals with graded assignments and I provide feedback on areas that need improvement. I have great experience in teaching topics such as genetics, immunology, histology,anatomy, microbiology , cellular pathology and pathology of systemic diseases. I have great zeal for fostering a pleasant and readily available online education platform. I start my lessons by outlining the lesson objectives. I also ask questions during and after lessons, ensuring that students have enough time to respond. I break down topics into smaller sub topics to keep students focussed and engaged.
