Currently a coach-in-training, I undergo the ICF-accredited Coach Training Program at iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) in London, continuously honing my skills to better serve my clients.

My coaching approach is rooted in the iPEC Core Energy Model, which focuses on identifying and resetting inner blocks such as limiting beliefs and defeating thoughts acquired from family, society, and the media. Through empathy and authenticity, I create a nurturing environment for my clients to explore their goals and overcome challenges.
