In my lessons we will experience and experiment all different sorts of teaching and revision techniques, I believe there is not only one way to teach and that all forms should be discussed to suit the pupil. During my time at school I found my teachers personal touches much more beneficial than reading a text book or off a power point however this may not be suitable for all students. As I am not a professional I think it’s important to learn together using a range of techniques to suit the needs of the student. Based off of my grades and personal experience of school I can promise my students will receive an in-depth range of knowledge for english as well as personal tips on achieving the best grades possible. I appreciate achieving the highest grades is not the only concern, school in this generation is dull and repetitive, I think it is rare to find a young pupil so passionate about her work which is why I believe I am the best fit to teach young students. I studied at Louth Academy for my last 3 years of education, in my last year I had a new English teacher, a young woman who was really able to connect with her students and inspire them to do their best, I aim to be like my year 11 English teacher.
